Artex Risk Solutions, Arthur J Gallagher's captive management subsidiary, confirmed the completion of its acquisition of Gibraltar's largest captive manager, Quest Holdings (Gibraltar) Limited.

        Artex completed the acquisitions of international independent captive manager Kane and Guernsey-based cell captive company Hexagon in March.

        Quest was founded by Stephen Quinn and provides management services to captive insurers registered in Gibraltar; it is Gibraltar's most important UK motor insurance service provider.
