On September 5, 2016, according to the document CIRC Approval [2016] No. 873, CNPC Captive Property Insurance Co., Ltd. completed a shareholder change. China National Petroleum Corporation transferred its 2,000,000,000 shares in the company to CNPC Capital Co., Ltd. free of charge. After the transfer, China National Petroleum Corporation holds 550,000,000 shares, representing 11% of total share capital; CNPC Capital Co., Ltd. holds 2,000,000,000 shares, representing 40% of total share capital; and PetroChina Company Limited holds 2,450,000,000 shares, representing 49% of total share capital.
